HEGA's Terms and Conditions

Payment Schedule
All students are expected to make full payment at least one week before the commencement of the scheduled golf lessons. All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any unauthorized third parties.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
No refunds will be made once registration is confirmed. Fees are not transferable to any third parties.

Termination
If due to certain unforeseen circumstances, students are required to provide at least one month notice to withdraw from golf lessons.

Adverse weather & Safety Precautious
The golf instructors and the golf authority reserve the exclusive rights to cancel or postpone any golf lessons in bad weather conditions for safety reasons. Due to any unforeseen circumstances, once a golf lesson has commenced an! d has to be called off in the middle of a lesson, alternate lessons depending on the instructor may be conducted in replacement of the usual practical lessons such as but not limited to if the weather is not suitable to continue any course-based lesson. Therefore, please attend classes regardless of weather conditions unless you have been informed of cancellation. Golf lessons will continue under drizzling rain provided there is no lightning hazard.

Attendance
* Group Lesson:
There will be no refunds or make-up lessons for any absenteeism, late coming or cancelation of any sort.

* Private Lesson:
Lost time due to late coming or when the golf course is closed due to whatsoever reason will neither be compensated nor made up. Any last minute cancelation will not be entertained unless the student informs the instructor at least 6 hours before hand after which make-up lessons will have to be arranged directly and in favor to the instructor. All stu! dents will still be required to undergo at least 4 lessons on a monthly basis. Failure to undergo the minimum required lessons will result in any outstanding lessons to be forfeited.?

* No golf lessons / classes will be conducted on the following days below. It is the student responsibility to be aware of any golf holidays. Happy Eagle will not notify any student of the below dates

* Singapore Public Holidays
* New Year Eve
* Chinese New Year Eve
* Chinese New Year day 1 up to the 5th day of lunar calendar
* Every 29th, 30th, 31st of the month

Relief of Golf Instructor
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the right to send a relief golf instructor should your assigned golf instructor be unavailable.

Temporary Discontinuation
Students are required to provide at least one month notice to temporarily discontinue golf lessons while away on holiday or for any other reasons, etc.

Golf Equipment
Students are required to have their own necessary golf equipments such as but not limited to golf clubs, golf bag, tees, golf balls, etc. You may choose to purchase any golf related products from us.

Responsibility
We will not be held responsible for any claims arising from any injury, handicap, damage and/or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
